As part of becoming a manager for the new ACS International Apple Regional Training Centre, I was delighted to get the opportunity to share my knowledge about Augmented Reality on a larger audience. While I have spoken previously about my use of AR in Education at conferences, this has been my first opportunity to offer trainings to other educators that are connected through the global education community.
The workshop was designed to be a progression of 6 skill building sessions, each presenting attendees with new information in manageable chunks, that would be built upon in the subsequent session. Each attendee was given access to a purposefully designed workbook to match the sessions as the workshop progressed, providing space each training time for key takeaways, planning for connections to the content taught, a gallery space to document practical applications of the skills taught, and reflection questions.
